What happens in a cuddle session?

Every cuddle is different but as a general rule each session will include: a quick stretch and some deep breathing to get ourselves calm and relaxed, a chat getting to know each other and discussing any preferences, needs and boundaries, then cuddle time.


Cuddling itself will always go at your pace. If you feel uncomfortable with a lot of physical contact we will start with smaller exercises or extend our chat until you feel ready.


During cuddling, sometimes there is talking, sometimes silence, and if you'd like to listen to music or watch anything we can do that too. In our pre-meet video chat we can discuss anything particular you want or would like to get from the session.

What doesn't happen in a cuddle session?

While many find the benefits of cuddling therapeutic, I am not a trained therapist and am no substitute for a professional when it comes to your mental health.


I'm a good listener and comfortable with being a shoulder to cry on, but I will always advocate for seeing a counsellor or your GP if you are experiencing considerable mental or emotional distress.


Cuddles provided here are platonic (non-sexual) ONLY. There are no 'extras' on offer for free or at a price and I reserve the right to end a session early with no refund if sexual advances are made or boundaries ignored. Kissing is not allowed, nor any groping or humping.

What do I/you wear?

Both cuddlers remain fully clothed throughout. I suggest you wear or bring soft comfortable clothing to cuddle in, such as a t-shirt and jogging bottoms/shorts/pyjama bottoms. I wear the same myself and you will of course be given plenty of space and privacy to get changed if you need to.


Please note that underwear / boxers are not a substitute for shorts and that "forgetting" clothing will not be an excuse to cuddle in less!

How long are your sessions?

For new clients my sessions are a minimum of one hour and a maximum of three hours.


Once we have met and cuddled for the first time, if we both feel comfortable to have a longer session this will be available for subsequent meets.

Where are you based and how do I get to you?

I'm based in northeast London, in zone 4.


If you're driving there is free street parking on my road and the neighbouring streets, usually with plenty of spaces.


Alternatively if you are travelling by public transport, there is a tube station within a 10-15 minute walk, and there are a number of bus routes within a couple of minutes of my house.


Once we've had a video chat and confirmed our session I'll give you full address details so that you can check and plan your journey.

What if I need to change or cancel a session after I've booked?

Life happens! If for any reason you need to change or cancel your session that's no problem and I do not charge a cancellation fee, but please let me know at the earliest opportunity so that I can reschedule my work and time accordingly.


In the unlikely event that I need to cancel I will of course do the same, and offer you a 20% discount on your rescheduled session.


Please note that if you have made multiple or last minute changes/cancellations, I may require a non-refundable deposit for any future bookings.
