Payments

In-person cuddle sessions are usually paid for in cash at the beginning of our meeting. Electronic payment options are provided for use if they are your preference, if you are purchasing a virtual session, or if I have requested a deposit.

Payment options


Payments in advance for in-person sessions, or for virtual sessions can be made via PayPal, credit/debit card or bank transfer.

I only request deposits if any of the following apply:
  • you are booking a session while I am on tour
  • you are booking a session for which I have to travel (i.e. not hosted at my home)
  • you have cancelled/rearranged a previous session.

Deposits can be paid by PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer or by sending a John Lewis or Marks and Spencer e-gift card via email.

Payment terms and conditions


  1. Early termination of session
    Payment is always required to be made in full at the start of an in-person session, or before the start of a virtual session. If the cuddle is terminated early due to inappropriate behaviour on your part or not following any of the guidelines in the code of conduct or FAQs, you will not receive any refund for the session.

  2. Payment for virtual sessions
    These payments are non-refundable.
    If you cancel the session with 24 hours' notice you will be able to transfer your payment for a session on another date within 30 days of the original session date. This transfer is only allowed once; if the replacement session is cancelled you will not be issued a refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice you will not be given the option to transfer your date and the payment/deposit will be forfeited.

  3. Payment for in-person sessions
    If you cancel a fully paid in-person session with 24+ hours' notice then you will receive a refund in full or the option to reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice you will be able to transfer your payment for a session on another date within 30 days of the original session date, or you can receive a refund minus a £25 cancellation fee. If a rescheduled session is cancelled you will receive a refund minus a £25 cancellation fee.

  4. Deposits for in-person sessions
    These payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  5. Cancellation by me
    In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session (it's never happened yet!) then you will be refunded any deposit or payment in full, and offered a 20% discount if you wish to reschedule a session within the next 90 days.
